Common use of The Receiving Party Clause in Contracts

The Receiving Party. (a) acknowledges that the Confidential Information is valuable to the Disclosing Party; (b) acknowledges that it will be given access to Confidential Information solely for the Approved Purpose; and (c) undertakes to deal with the Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
