Common use of The Release Clause in Contracts

The Release. Upon the Effective Date, and in consideration of the Settlement benefits described herein, each of the Settlement Class Representatives and Settlement Class Members shall be deemed to have released, acquitted, and forever discharged any and all Released Claims against Releasees.
