The Requirements. 2.1. The relevant technical requirements are specified under the legislation and regulations referenced in Attachment 1. 2.2. Any requirements and conformity assessment procedures applied by one Party to its domestic products shall be applied with no additional requirements or variations to products or conformity assessment results originating from the other Party.
