Common use of The Restrictions Clause in Contracts

The Restrictions. (a) From the Effective Date until the occurrence of one of the events set forth in Subsection (b), below, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of or encumber any of the Restricted Shares or any of his rights or interests in the Restricted Shares except by his will or according to the laws of descent and distribution (the "Restrictions.")
