THE SCOPE OF WORK OF THE CONTRACTOR. A. The Contractor shall provide and furnish all of the supervision, plant, labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner and ready for operation all the Work required type in brief description of work to be performed under the contract, more fully described in the attached Scope of Work, as per request from the SDSTA in strict compliance with the Contractor's Proposal and any other Contract Documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract. Each request and the Contractor’s Proposal in response thereto shall be referred to hereinafter as the “Work.” Contractor Representative (email) shall be the Contractor’s designated representative in all matters pertaining to this Contract.
