Common use of The Service Fee Clause in Contracts

The Service Fee. 3.1 The total Service Fee for each request of Services under this Agreement is determined by each PO in accordance with the rates indicated in Annex B (the “Service Fee”). 3.2 The Service Provider shall invoice IOM upon completion of all the Services in accordance with this Agreement and the relevant Purchase Order.
