Common use of The Subscription Clause in Contracts

The Subscription. The subscription will run from January 1st to December 31st of each calendar year and will cost £38.50 per subscription. Where the Customer pays for a subscription part way through the year, the subscription will start within seven (7) days (one week) after the Customer has paid for the subscription and shall end on 31st December of the same calendar year.
