The University Premises. In the event that a picket line is set up at the University premises, arising out of a dispute as defined in the prevailing legislation, any refusal to work or failure to cross such picket lines by employee members of this Union shall not be considered a violation of this agreement, nor constitute sufficient grounds for dismissal.
