Picket Lines Sample Clauses
The Picket Lines clause defines the rights and obligations of employees and employers regarding participation in or response to picket lines, which are typically formed during labor disputes. This clause may specify whether employees are permitted to refuse to cross picket lines, outline any disciplinary actions for doing so, or clarify the employer's stance on honoring picket lines established by other unions. Its core practical function is to provide clear guidance on conduct during labor actions, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential conflicts between management and workers during strikes or protests.
