Theater. 1. Major Production: Seven (7) credits per major production to be divided as appropriate by and between the director and the technical director(s), at the request of the director.
Theater. Tenant shall have the right to reserve and use the theater as mutually agreed upon during the Term.
Theater. In consideration for the mutual promises of and certainty provided by this Agreement, Owner agrees to voluntarily contribute $4 million dollars to the City for the design, permitting and construction of the New Auburn Theater, subject to the following terms and conditions: a. The payment shall be made within six months of the Effective Date of this Agreement; provided, that if this Agreement is appealed, then the payment shall not be due until the validity of the Agreement is upheld by the highest appeal body with jurisdiction to hear the appeal. b. The payment shall be held in a reserve account and may only be expended to fund the design, permitting or construction of the New Auburn Theater; provided that if the City decides not to proceed with development of the New Auburn Theater, the City may use the payment for another development project determined by the City to have equivalent public benefit. Subject to the foregoing, the City may expend the payment at any time during the Term of this Agreement or any extension thereof, and the Owner waives and releases, for itself and any and all successors, heirs or assigns, any claim for refund under RCW 82.02.020 or .080.
Theater. On Stage, for and in consideration of the covenants of Flashback, does hereby sub-lease and demise unto Flashback, subject to the reservations and conditions set forth herein, and Flashback hereby agrees to take and sub-lease from On Stage, for the term hereinafter specified, the premises formerly known as THE OSMOND FAMILY THEATER, located at 3216 West Highway 76, Branson, M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on Exhibit A attached hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "Theater"). On Stage hereby grants to Flashback the non-exclusive right to use certain of the personal property, equipment and other leasehold improvements currently located in and around the Theater, a list of said personal property, equipment and leasehold improvements is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" (hereinafter referred to as the "Existing Equipment"), which On Stage agrees will be available to Flashback in good working condition.
Theater. During the Lease Term, provided Tenant is not in default hereunder, Tenant shall be entitled to use without charge, except for a cleaning charge of $40.00 per use, the theater on the G2 level of the Building for up to twenty-four (24) hours per month, subject to availability. More frequent use shall be allowed by Tenant for a per diem charge of $75.00 per hour (minimum two (2) hours), plus the cleaning charge of $40.00 per use, subject to availability.

  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.

  • Lottery Unless otherwise exempted in the Public School Code, if more students apply than can be admitted based on the School’s enrollment cap, admission decisions will be made by a lottery processxlii. The School shall adopt in advance the enrollment procedure for vacancies that occur during the school year that complies with applicable law.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.
