Common use of THINGS YOU MUST DO Clause in Contracts

THINGS YOU MUST DO. 56.1 Whilst ever you are in possession or control of Purchase Equipment but have not yet become the owner of it (e.g. you have not paid for it in full), without limitation, you must: 56.1.1 insure the Purchase Equipment in accordance with clause 58; 56.1.2 arrange for the Purchase Equipment to be properly serviced so that it is at all times in good working condition and remains subject to any applicable warranty; 56.1.3 comply with the manufacturer’s instructions relating to the Purchase Equipment and its use; 56.1.4 comply with all laws and regulations relating to the Purchase Equipment, the use or possession of it, or any premises on which it is situated;
