Third Consecutive Unsatisfactory Review. If the Annual Review the following year is unsatisfactory, the ▇▇▇▇ may deny the member a PTR for that year, and the lost step will not be included for purposes of calculating future PTR. Upon achieving a subsequent satisfactory evaluation, the member shall earn PTR for that subsequent year.
