Immediately following the waiver or satisfaction of all conditions precedent set out in this Contract (other than the condition precedent that all third party approvals be obtained), or sooner if the parties agree, the Buyer will: □ at the Buyer’s cost; □ at the Seller’s cost; or □ at the cost of the Buyer and the Seller shared equally, use diligent and commercially reasonable efforts to promptly seek any third party approval required for the sale of the Seller’s Leasehold Interest in the Property. The parties hereto agree to cooperate with each other and provide all reasonable information required by any such third party in connection with seeking such third party approvals.
