Third Party Enforcement. This Agreement is enforceable by the original Parties to it and by their successors in title and permitted assignees. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable by a third Party pursuant to The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any other law which gives a person who is not a Party to a contract the right to enforce any of its provisions
