The Third Party Features clause defines the terms under which features, services, or content provided by external parties are incorporated into the agreement. It typically clarifies that the main service or product may include or interact with third-party software, plugins, or platforms, and outlines the user's responsibilities or limitations when using these features. Third Party Features. Licensee may receive Third Party Features, which are provided on an as-is and as-available basis from CUSI, provided that, to the extent permissible CUSI shall pass through any warranty CUSI receives regarding the Third Party Features to Licensee. CUSI shall also cooperate with Licensee in enforcing such warranty to the extent permissible.
Third Party Features. The Services may be linked to third party sites or applications (“Third Party Services”). We are not responsible for and do not endorse Third Party Services. You have sole discretion whether to purchase or connect to any Third Party Services and your use is governed solely by the terms for those Third Party Services.

You acknowledge and agree that HomeStars may from time to time enable features that allow you to authorize Third-Party Service Providers to take certain actions that affect Your Trade Account. These features will not require that you share Your Trade Account credentials with any other Person. No Person other than you is authorized by HomeStars to ask for Your Trade Account credentials, and you will not request the credentials of any other User.
