Third Party Notices. The Product may contain or be accompanied by certain third-party components which are subject to additional restrictions. These components, are identified in, and subject to, special license terms and conditions which, in the case of On-Premise Product(s), are set out in the “readme.txt” file, the “notices.txt” file, or the “Third Party Software” file accompanying the Product or portions thereof, and in the case of Hosted Services, are set out in the third-party license agreement or notices that comes with the third-party component or is otherwise provided on the web page on which such third-party component is made available (“Special Notices”). The Special Notices include important licensing and warranty information and disclaimers. Unless otherwise expressly stated for a given third-party component, all such third-party components may be used solely in connection with the use of the Product subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇ and the Special Notices.
