Third Party Organization. The Association officers and other members who are eligible to be paid a stipend by the Association have the option to be paid a stipend by the Board as identified by the Association. The Association shall reimburse the Board the gross amount of the stipend, including worker’s compensation, Medicare and any applicable retirement costs payable to STRS. By August 31 of each school year the treasurer of the Association will identify which Association officers and standing committee members will receive a stipend. This information will be communicated to the school district treasurer in writing. The district treasurer will set a schedule for payment of the stipends and a deadline for Association reimbursement in agreement with the Association treasurer.

This information will be communicated to the school district treasurer in writing. The Third Party Organization work year is 185 days. The compensation period is for the years of the contract 2014-2017. Positions and the stipends are: • 2 positions Co-President – $1,232.00 each • 2 positions Co-Vice President – $366.00 each • Treasurer – $732.00 • Secretary – $732.00 • 2 Negotiations Co-chairs during negotiations – $150.00 each The District treasurer will set a schedule for payment of the stipends and a deadline for the Association reimbursement in agreement with the Association treasurer.
