Common use of Third Party Property Clause in Contracts

Third Party Property. Any fixtures, personal property or equipment owned by (A) the lessor under any Equipment Leases or any Leases, (B) the supplier, vendor, licensor or other party under any other Operating Agreements or Licenses and Permits, (C) any Employees, (D) Manager, (E) Franchisor, (F) the tenant under any Lease or similar agreement, or (G) any guests or customers of the Hotel, including, without limitation, those items set forth on Schedule 2.1(c) attached hereto;

Third Party Property.
