Common use of Third Party Tools Clause in Contracts

Third Party Tools. (a) Gotcha! may provide the Customer with access to third-party tools, which Gotcha! neither monitors nor has any control over input. The Customer acknowledges that and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇! provides access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind whatsoever and without any endorsement. Gotcha! shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to the Customer’s use of optional third-party tools. (b) Any use by the Customer of optional third-party tools is entirely at the Customer’s own risk and discretion and the Customer should ensure that the Customer is familiar with and approves of
