Third Shift Premium. Effective November 16, 2023 Employees whose work shift begins at or between the hours of 10PM and 2:00AM shall receive premium pay of fifty cents ($0.50) above their regular rate of pay for all hours worked of such shift. Third Shift Premium. It is not the intent of the Employer to schedule employees to work three (3) different shifts within a workweek (day, evening and night shifts) on a regular basis. In the event this becomes necessary, all hours worked by the employee on the third (3rd} shift of that workweek shall be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2} times the regular straight time rate of pay. This provision is not applicable to employees who may end up working three (3) shifts due to their working some "double shifts" during the workweek.

  • Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

  • Night Shift Premium All hours worked by an employee between ten (10:00) p.m. and seven (7:00) a.m. shall be considered as shift work and paid for at the applicable straight time/overtime rate plus two ($2.00) dollars per hour shift premium for each full hour worked during this period. Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Shift Premiums (a) All employees who are required by the Employer to rotate over two (2) or more shifts shall receive a shift premium of thirty cents ($0.30) for each hour worked on the afternoon or evening shifts only. Shift premium will not be paid for any hour in which an employee receives overtime premium and shift premium will not form part of the employee's straight time hourly rate. (b) In no event shall there be any pyramiding of benefits or payments.

  • BUYER’S PREMIUM A Buyer’s Premium fee of 10% of the Bid Price or $1,000 Auction Service Fee, whichever amount is greater, will be added to the High Bid amount. The High Bid amount plus the Buyer’s Premium equals the Total Purchase Price. SETTLEMENT to occur within 30 days from contract ratification date.
