Temporary Transfers Sample Clauses

The Temporary Transfers clause allows one party to transfer certain rights or obligations to another party for a limited period of time. In practice, this might involve temporarily assigning the use of property, intellectual property rights, or contractual duties to a third party, often under specified conditions and with a defined end date. This clause is essential for providing flexibility in contractual arrangements, enabling parties to address short-term needs or contingencies without permanently altering the original agreement.
