Common use of Third Shift Clause in Contracts

Third Shift. Where the major portion of an employee's, other than bus drivers and custodians, shift occurs after twenty three hundred (2300) hours, the employee shall be paid a shift differential of six percent (6%) of their hourly rate per hour for the entire shift worked.
