Third Year. The employee will continue work and training in all phases of their duties. By the end of this year, they must have achieved proficiency in the entire range of meter work in the Southeast District. This will include field installations, testing and maintenance of all types of revenue metering used in the district, with emphasis on polyphase instrument transformer installations both secondary and primary.
