Common use of Thirty Days or Less Clause in Contracts

Thirty Days or Less. Nurses returning from an authorized leave of 25 absence of thirty (30) calendar days or less duration, or non- 26 FMLA/OFLA medical leave of sixty (60) calendar days or less 27 duration, shall be returned to their same position and shift of 28 employment. Return to work from FMLA/OFLA shall be in 29 accordance with provisions of FMLA/OFLA.
