THIS ANNEXURE WILL APPLY TO. (a) The Employers listed in clause 6; and (b) Any person employed in a Catholic school listed in clause 6 or in a Catholic school, Catholic Education Office or Catholic Schools Office operated by an Employer listed in clause 6: (i) whose employment is terminated with an employer; and (ii) who is subsequently employed by a new employer after 28 January 2005; and (iii) who qualifies to transfer his/her long service leave entitlement from one employer to another employer under this Arrangement or the former industrial instrument the Catholic Schools Long Service Leave Portability (State) Agreement as made by NSW Industrial Relations Commission on 17 December 2004 and gazette in NSW Industrial Gazette Vol 350 Pg.1140.

  • Comprehensive Evaluation The Comprehensive evaluation is a growth-oriented, teacher/evaluator collaborative process that requires teachers to be evaluated on the eight (8) state criteria. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years. Subsequent years they will be evaluated on a Focused evaluation, unless they have received a Basic or Unsatisfactory rating on their final comprehensive summative evaluation. Then they shall continue using the Comprehensive evaluation for the following year. All teachers during their provisional status must be on the Comprehensive evaluation.

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • GUARANTEED DISPLAY REFERRAL FEE WAIVERS ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ offers a paid featured agent program referred to as “Guaranteed Display.” This paid product provides the following Referral Fee benefits to the Recipient Broker/Agent: • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, the referral fee will be discounted from the standard 35% to 30%. • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, and if ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ was not responsible for brokering an appointment between the Referred Client and the Recipient Broker/ Agent, the referral fee will be waived entirely to 0%. To qualify for this Referral Fee waiver, Recipient Broker/Agent must update the Referral Status in the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Agent Portal (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) to reflect the property has been listed prior to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ indicating that an appointment has been set.

  • Instructions Appearing to be Genuine The Custodian and all Domestic Subcustodians shall be fully protected and indemnified in acting as a custodian hereunder upon any Resolutions of the Board of Directors or Trustees, Instructions, Special Instructions, advice, notice, request, consent, certificate, instrument or paper appearing to it to be genuine and to have been properly executed and shall, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, be entitled to receive as conclusive proof of any fact or matter required to be ascertained from any Fund hereunder a certificate signed by any officer of such Fund authorized to countersign or confirm Special Instructions. The Custodian shall have no liability for any losses, damages or expenses incurred by a Fund arising from the use of a non-secure form of email or other non-secure electronic system or process.

  • Singular and Plural; Gender In this Agreement whenever the male pronoun is used, it shall be deemed to include the female pronoun or vice versa and, likewise, whenever the singular is used, it shall be deemed to include the plural, as the context requires.
