Three Shift Operations. A shift differential of 4.0 percent per hour based on the Shift Worker’s hourly rate shall be paid for work periods regularly scheduled to begin between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 7:59 p.m. (second shift). (Section amended 1/22/96, 9/15/98, and 1/1/2019)
