Three Year Contract. The term of this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of thirty-six (36) full calendar months. The term of this Agreement shall be extended for one day each day so that a constant thirty-six (36) calendar month term shall remain in effect, until such time as the Board or Executive elects not to extend the term of the Agreement by giving written notice to the other party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, in which case the term of this Agreement shall be fixed and shall end on the third anniversary of the date of such written notice.
Three Year Contract. The term of this Agreement shall begin as of the Effective Date and shall continue thereafter for a period of three years (“Employment Period”). This Agreement may be extended further at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Employer (the “Board”). Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event that the Company or Bank enters into a definitive agreement (“Change in Control Agreement”) to engage in a transaction that would be considered a Change in Control (as defined herein) or a Change in Control otherwise occurs, this Agreement shall automatically renew and shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years following the effective time of the Change in Control; except in the event that the Change in Control Agreement is terminated or the Change in Control does not occur, the term of this Agreement will not so renew.

Three Year Contract. The Executive's period of employment with the Bank ------------------- and the Company under the terms of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of thirty-nine months thereafter (the "Employment Period"). On January 1, 2009, the Employment Period shall renew daily, such that the remaining unexpired term of the Agreement shall always be twenty-four (24) months, until the date that the Company gives the Executive written notice of non-renewal ("Non-Renewal Notice"). The Employment Period shall end on the date that is twenty-four (24) months after the date of the Non-Renewal Notice, unless the parties agree that the Employment Period shall end on an earlier date.
Three Year Contract. The term of this Agreement will begin as of the Effective Date and shall continue through September 30, 2018.

  • OPTION NOT A SERVICE CONTRACT Your option is not an employment or service contract, and nothing in your option shall be deemed to create in any way whatsoever any obligation on your part to continue in the employ of the Company or an Affiliate, or of the Company or an Affiliate to continue your employment. In addition, nothing in your option shall obligate the Company or an Affiliate, their respective stockholders, Boards of Directors, Officers or Employees to continue any relationship that you might have as a Director or Consultant for the Company or an Affiliate.

  • Fixed Term Contract 1.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (“Term”). The Term shall start from the service effective date. 1.2 The Service will take effect one day after the service installation.

  • Term of Contract The term of this Contract shall be one (1) year commencing on the last date of approval by DIR and Vendor. Prior to expiration of the original term, DIR and Vendor may extend the Contract, upon mutual agreement, for up to three (3) optional one-year terms. Additionally, the parties by mutual agreement may extend the term for up to ninety (90) additional calendar days.
