The Throughput Rates clause defines the minimum or expected rate at which goods, services, or data must be processed or delivered under a contract. It typically specifies quantitative benchmarks, such as units per hour or transactions per day, that the supplier or service provider must meet. This clause ensures that performance standards are clear and measurable, helping to prevent delays and disputes by setting concrete expectations for productivity or delivery speed.
Throughput Rates. The throughput rate will be tested to the Subscriber site. The Subscriber acknowledges that the Subscriber may not receive maximum throughput speeds at certain times. The throughput rate experienced at any time may be affected by a number of factors, including the nature of the Internet and its protocols, the condition and configuration of our Equipment or the Subscriber owned equipment at the Subscriber site, whether by use Wi-Fi network (which can significantly limit the throughput rate obtained by devices connected to it), data volume and congestion on the Internet, and the performance of the website servers which the Subscriber may be trying to access.

The Throughput Rate you experience at any time will be affected by a number of factors, including the nature of the Internet and its protocols, our facilities, the bandwidth we devote to carriage of protocol and network information, the condition and configuration of our Equipment or your Customer-Owned Equipment at your location, whether you use an in WiFi network (which can significantly limit the Throughput Rate obtained by devices attached to it,) our use of data volume and congestion on our network and the Internet, the time of day you are using the Service, and the performance of the website servers you try to access.
Throughput Rates. We do not guarantee that you will obtain the Maximum Throughput Rate for the level of Internet Service to which you subscribe at any given time or on a continuous basis. The Throughput Rate you experience at any time will be affected by a number of factors, including the nature of the Internet and its protocols, our facilities, the bandwidth we devote to carriage of protocol and network information, the condition and configuration of our Equipment or Customer-Owned Equipment at your location, whether you use an in-home Wi-Fi network (which can significantly limit the Throughput Rate obtained by devices attached to it), our use of Network Management Tools, data volume and congestion on our network and the Internet, the time of day you are using the Internet Service, the performance of the website servers you try to access, and the priority we give to our business subscribers' data traffic and specialized services we deliver using our Equipment as described in our Network Management Disclosures.
Throughput Rates. LESSEE shall pay the AUTHORITY the throughput rates stipulated on Exhibit B.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).
