Maximum Throughput Rate definition

Maximum Throughput Rate means the highest Throughput Rate that is provided by your level or tier of HSD or Wireless Data Service.
Maximum Throughput Rate means the highest Throughput Rate possible provided by the HSD service. Maximum Throughput Rates will vary depending upon what level of HSD service is purchased. Maximum Throughput Rate may be achieved in bursts, but generally will not be sustained on a consistent basis due to the nature of the Internet, TCP/IP and ACC facilities.
Maximum Throughput Rate means the highest Throughput Rate provided by the level or tier of HSD Service to which I subscribe.

Our Power Boost feature may provide additional bursts of download speed over and above your Maximum Throughput Rate but only during the initial part of a download.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Maximum Yield Supplement Amount means with respect to any Collection Period and the related Deposit Date, after giving effect to the Yield Supplement Amount, the maximum amount required to be on deposit in the Yield Supplement Account on the immediately succeeding Payment Date, which is equal to the present value (using an interest rate of: 0.25%) of the sum of all Yield Supplement Amounts for all future Payment Dates, assuming that future Scheduled Payments on the Discount Receivables are made on the date on which they are scheduled as being due.

  • Volume Weighted Average Price means, for any security as of any date, the daily dollar volume-weighted average price for such security on the Primary Market as reported by Bloomberg through its “Historical Prices – Px Table with Average Daily Volume” functions, or, if no dollar volume-weighted average price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the highest closing bid price and the lowest closing ask price of any of the market makers for such security as reported in the "pink sheets" by Pink Sheets LLC.

  • Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), or (ii) Two Hundred Fifty percent (250%) of the average of the Dollar Volume for the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately preceding the Put Date.
