Tiered Service Clause Samples

The Tiered Service clause defines a structure where services are provided at different levels or tiers, each with its own set of features, pricing, or service commitments. In practice, this means that customers can select from basic, standard, or premium service packages, with each tier offering varying degrees of support, access, or functionality. This clause helps clarify what is included at each service level, ensuring both parties understand the scope of services and associated costs, and reducing the risk of disputes over service expectations.
