Timber Management Sample Clauses

The Timber Management clause outlines the rights and responsibilities related to the harvesting, maintenance, and sale of timber on a property. It typically specifies who is authorized to manage timber resources, the standards for sustainable forestry practices, and any revenue-sharing arrangements from timber sales. This clause ensures that timber resources are managed responsibly, prevents disputes over timber rights, and clarifies financial entitlements, thereby protecting both environmental and economic interests.
