TIME AND APPLICABLE LAW. Time is of the essence of this Lease and each and all of its provisions. This Lease will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Tenant, Landlord and any Guarantor, consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of any federal or state court located within the City and County of San Francisco, California and any other court in which Landlord may initiate equitable or legal proceedings which has subject matter jurisdiction over the matter in controversy. Borrower waives any objection of forum non conveniens and venue. Tenant, and any guarantor, waives personal service of process and consents to service of process being made in the same manner as notices are given.
