Time and Availability. Contractor will devote a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours on-site per week during the Department’s normal business hours completing agreed upon professional duties. Contractor shall by mutual agreement select on-site dates and times throughout the week, while giving due regard to the needs of the Department’s business.
