Time and Basis of Evaluation. By June 1 of each year of this Contract, using the agreed-upon evaluation criteria, the Superintendent shall provide the Board a written self-appraisal of accomplishments and attainment of goals beginning June 1, 2018. After the Board receives the Superintendent's self-appraisal, the Board President and the Superintendent shall meet to discuss the written evaluation and related matters. By July 1 of each year of this Contract, the Board shall evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent using the agreed-upon evaluation criteria. The Board's evaluation of the Superintendent shall include, but not be limited to, a review of the Superintendent's self-appraisal of his accomplishments and attainment of the goals. Further, the evaluation shall be reasonably related to the goals and the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in paragraph 2.B. of this Contract. By July l of each year of this Contract, the Board shall provide the Superintendent with a copy of the completed evaluation form. The Superintendent shall have the right to respond to the Board's written evaluation in writing not later than thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the written evaluation.
