Common use of Time and Location Clause in Contracts

Time and Location. The closing (the "Closing") provided for herein shall take place at the offices of Certilman Balin ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇, LLP, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, East Meadow, New York 11554, upon or no more than two (2) business days following the DCAP Closing or, if, as of such date, any party shall not be obligated to close and shall not have waived such closing condition(s), subject to the provisions of Article XII hereof, on the business day after such later date as such party or parties shall be obligated to close or shall have waived such closing condition(s), or at such time and place as may be mutually agreed to by the parties. Such date is referred to in this Agreement as the "Closing Date."
