Time and Place of Performance. The City will make all reasonable efforts to have an SRO available for duty at his or her assigned school each day that school is in session during the regular school year. The City is not required to furnish a substitute SRO on days when the regular SRO is absent due to illness or police department requirements. The SRO shall be and remain full-time uniformed law enforcement officers of and for the City, shall remain duly licensed and qualified to carry/use firearms and operate patrol cars, and shall otherwise be able to meet the physical demands of the services described herein. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event an officer should, for any reason, fail to remain so qualified, the City shall provide a substitute SRO to perform the services until such time as the unqualified SRO is able to resume his or her regular duties. The SRO's activities will be restricted to their assigned school grounds except for: 7.1 Follow up home visits when needed as a result of school related student problems. 7.2 School related off-campus activities when SRO participation is requested by the principal and approved by the City. 7.3 Responding to off-campus, but school related, criminal activity. 7.4 Responding to emergency police activities.

Time and Place of Performance. 2.1. The Provider performs the work to the Customer under Article II of this Contract on the agreed date by 14.2.2014 2.2. The work cannot be performed in parts.

Time and Place of Performance. The Town will endeavor to have the SRO available for duty five days per week as the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Department schedule permits at the Vestal High School, Vestal Middle School and District buildings as needed. The Town is not required to furnish substitute officers on days when the SRO is absent due to illness or Police Department requirements. The SRO’s activities will be primarily based at his or her assigned school grounds except for: 7.1 Follow up home visits when needed as a result of school related student problems. 7.2 School related off-campus activities when SROs’ participation is requested by the principal. 7.3 In response to off-campus, but school-related activity. 7.4 In response to emergency police activities. 7.5 District administrative request for coverage or presence at other District buildings.

Time and Place of Performance. Professional Services will be delivered during the term specified in the Order or otherwise agreed between Your and Our representatives in writing. Professional Services will start on the date specified in the Order and will be provided during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, and not exceeding eight (8) hours in any one (1) business day. Professional Services will be delivered to the Customer remotely.

Time and Place of Performance. The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods including ensuring full functionality, commissioning and training of the operator at the place of delivery of the goods no later than 10 months after conclusion of the contract. The place of delivery of the goods is the Buyer’s premises at: U Elektrárny 4019/4a, 695 01 Hodonín. The Parties agree to provide proper co-operation in the Contract. The Seller is not in delay with the fulfillment of the obligation during the period of the Buyer's delay in providing the agreed cooperation. If there is no other agreement between the parties, the delivery term shall be extended by a period equal to the Buyer's delay in fulfilling its cooperation. Seller’s delay in delivery of goods longer than 10 days is considered as a material breach of the contract, but only if the Seller’s default was not due to reasons on the part of the Buyer.

Time and Place of Performance. This Contract is concluded for a determined period, starting on the day the Contract takes effect until the completion of all activities and their evaluation. The place of performance shall be Mikulov, Czech Republic.
