Common use of Time Card Alteration Clause in Contracts

Time Card Alteration. 25.4.1 In the event the time card is submitted on time to the designated manager and the time card is to be altered, the employee shall be notified prior to the alteration whenever practical, except when the alteration is made to correct a clerical or computational error.
