Time Commitment of CEO. CCH will require the full-time services of the CEO. The CEO shall accumulate paid time off according to the employment agreement between UCHA and the CEO. Use of such paid time off shall be subject to the employment agreement between UCHA and the CEO and used in coordination with the Board as to timing of use.
