Common use of TIME FOR DECISION Clause in Contracts

TIME FOR DECISION. As soon as possible after sixty (60) workdays from the day the planned program was discussed with the teacher, but not later than ninety (90) workdays, a decision will be made. (A) The immediate supervisor shall meet with the teacher and administrator to review and discuss all the observations and evaluations. (B) The teacher may request anyone of his/her choice to be present at this meeting. (C) Within fourteen (14) days following this meeting, the immediate supervisor shall make his/her written recommendations as to the competency or incompetence of the teacher. The teacher shall sign this recommendation and retain a copy. Copies of this recommendation shall be sent to the Area Assistant Superintendent, administrator, Superintendent and the Association.
