Time of Review Clause Samples

The "Time of Review" clause establishes the specific period during which a party is permitted or required to examine, assess, or respond to certain documents, deliverables, or actions under the agreement. Typically, this clause will define a set number of days or a particular deadline by which the review must be completed, and may outline the consequences of failing to act within that timeframe, such as automatic acceptance or waiver of objections. Its core practical function is to ensure timely feedback and decision-making, thereby preventing unnecessary delays and providing certainty to both parties about when obligations are considered fulfilled or issues are deemed resolved.
