Time of Review. To determine Land Owner's good faith compliance with this Agreement, and in compliance with Belmont Zoning Ordinance Section 28.12, the Planning Commission shall review this Agreement and all actions taken with respect to the development of the Property at a public hearing held at least every twelve months from the Effective Date, commencing on the first anniversary of the Effective Date.
