Time of Work Sample Clauses

Time of Work. CONTRACTOR will perform CONTRACTOR'S duties described in the Agreement during the hours of [range of hours] [daily or…]. In any event, CONTRACTOR will perform CONTRACTOR'S duties in a manner to avoid inconvenience to the users of the DISTRICT'S premises and to avoid interference with DISTRICT'S operations.

Time of Work. As per the Casual Roster.

Time of Work. No work shall be done between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., or on Sundays or legal holidays, without notification of the Owner. However, maintenance or emergency work during these hours may be done without prior permission.

Time of Work. The Employee’s normal hours of work, including breaks, (“Normal Hours of Work”) are as follows: Flexible 40 hours (5 working days) per week.
