Common use of Time Off for Union Activities Clause in Contracts

Time Off for Union Activities. Union Stewards shall be allowed time off without pay for legitimate Union business, such as Union meetings and State or International conventions, provided such representative gives reasonable prior notice to his/her supervisor of such absence and the time off does not disrupt the operations of the Employer.
