Time Paid For But Not Worked. Time paid for PTO /EIB, but not worked, shall not count as time worked for purposes of computing overtime. Excluding emergency situations, the Employer as a matter of policy shall not reschedule a nurse for extra work because of time off with pay.β€Œ
