Common use of TIME POSITIONS Clause in Contracts

TIME POSITIONS. The work week for all full-time staff shall be forty (40) hours per week (Food), and thirty-seven point five (37.5) hours per week (Non-Food) during the peak season. During the peak season, Non-Food staff may be scheduled up to forty (40) hours per week based on business needs. During the off- season, staff (Food and Non-Food) scheduled for thirty-five (35) hours per week or more shall be considered to be full-time. If an employee restricts their availability, they will not be considered to be a full-time employee. It is agreed, subject to seniority requirements of the Collective Agreement, that benefits shall be maintained for full-time staff during the off-season. SIGNED THIS 5th DAY OF November , 1998 .
