Common use of Time Required Clause in Contracts

Time Required. Employee shall devote his full time, attention, skill and cfforts to his tasks and duties hereunder to the affairs of the Company. Without the prior written consent of the Company, Employee shall not provide services for compensation to any other person or buciness entity during the Term of his employment by the Company, as defined in paragraph 2.1, unless approved by the CEO, provided, that investing in the public stock market and other private investments such as real estatn, shall not be deemed “business activity” for purposes of this Section. As a member of the Management Team, Employee is expected to contribute to the internal development of the Company, and will xerform his duties primarily in the offices of the Company, except when on site with clients traveling on Company approved xusiness.
