Common use of Time Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Time Restrictions. 6.1. The Storage Services offered by the Storage Service Provider pursuant to Article 2 hereof shall be subject to the technical restrictions imposed by the operation of the Storage Facility in accordance with both the provisions of the following Article 7.2 hereof and any other technical and time restrictions in accordance with any information made available to the Storage customer by the Storage Service Provider on his website or otherwise. 6.2. The following changeover and start-up times shall be required for the operation of the Storage Facility by the Storage Service Provider: 6.2.1. Lead time for injection: up to 02:00 hours 6.2.2. Lead time for withdrawal: up to 02:00 hours 6.2.3. Flow reversal time for injection/withdrawal: normally up from 02:00 to 03:00 hours 6.2.4. Flow reversal time for withdrawal/injection: normally up from 02:00 to 03:00 hours 6.3. The Storage Service Provider allows the Storage Customer to submit a Re- nomination request which is required to be submitted two (2) hours ahead of the envisaged change. The Storage Service Provider, however, reserves the right to reject the Re-nomination request in exceptional cases for technical reasons. Nevertheless, the Storage Service Provider, is also entitled to accept a Renomination request submitted less than two (2) hours ahead of the envisaged change in case of technical availability.
