Common use of Time Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Time Restrictions. A Limited Partner may not withdraw from the Partnership at any time prior to the close of business on the later to occur of (i) January 1, 2003, or (ii) the last day of the 24th month following the month in which such Partner becomes a Limited Partner in the Partnership, without the unanimous consent of all other Partners.
