Time to Complete Installation. Except as otherwise agreed to by the Parties in good faith, Licensee shall complete the installation of its Attachments upon the pole(s) covered by each approved application within ninety (90) days of approval by Pole Owner. In the event Licensee should fail to complete the installation of its Attachments within the prescribed time limit, the permission granted by Pole Owner to place such Attachments upon Pole Owner’s pole or poles shall terminate and Licensee shall not have the right to place such Attachments upon the pole or poles without first reapplying for and receiving permission to do so, all as prescribed in Section 3.01 as applicable to the initial application.

Any rental incurred during this time shall not be prorated or refunded.
