Time to File. All grievances must be presented in accordance with this Article and no later than 30 calendar days from the date the grievant first became aware of, or should have become aware of with the exercise of reasonable diligence, the alleged violation of the Agreement. 1) The failure of an employee to file a grievance within the 30 day period does not provide an opportunity for the Association to later file a grievance by invoking a new 30 day time limit. 2) Grievances not presented within this 30 calendar day period shall be considered untimely and ineligible for processing through the Grievance Procedure.
