Timeline Overview. Prior to the beginning of the semester of review, the appropriate administrator will notify the Academic Senate President of the names of the adjunct faculty whose performance reviews are to be conducted. Prior to the beginning of classes, each faculty member to be reviewed will be notified whether they will have a Procedure A or B review and will be provided a copy of the self-study format so that it will be prepared by the sixth week of the semester of review. An adjunct faculty member scheduled for a Procedure B review may change to a Procedure A review upon request
